Gabrielle is an associate at the CAR office in Rio de Janeiro, graduated at the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ.
Gabrielle is a specialist in insurance and aviation law, with outstanding performance in strategic civil litigation and in the regulation of losses in various lines of business. In addition to working in highly complex litigation related to high-risk policies, Gabrielle has experience in disputes related to property insurance, non-contractual liability, as well as bankruptcy and recovery proceedings. In the extrajudicial sphere, Gabrielle has proven experience in adopting alternative conflict resolution mechanisms.
In addition to her native language (Portuguese), Gabrielle is fluent in English, French and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
