Dinir is a partner in CAR's São Paulo office and a specialist in Insurance and Reinsurance law representing insurers, reinsurers, brokers, private pension companies and financial institutions.

Dinir has participated in relevant claims in financial lines, civil liability, surety bonds and property, with experience in claims adjustment, arbitration and litigation.

He also has experience in Corporate law, M&A, insurance regulatory and contracts in general.

Dinir holds a master's degree in law at PUC/SP, an LL.M at University of London, and a PhD at PUC/SP (in progress).

Dinir is a coordinating professor of the M&A Course, Escola de Direito da Fundação Getulio Vargas - GVlaw. He is a former professor of the Specialization Course in Civil Liability, National School of Insurance – Funenseg, and a former coordinating professor of the Specialization Course in Insurance and Reinsurance Law, Escola de Direito da Fundação Getulio Vargas - GVlaw.
