Eduardo Penna is sócio in the Rio de Janeiro office for CAR and advises clients on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance, focusing on liability insurance including carriers liability insurance (for aviation and marine), financial lines and product liability insurance.
In the Aerospace practice, Eduardo focuses on the handling of aviation accidents alongside defending the interests of air carriers and their insurers in lawsuits related to the air carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo and damages to third-parties.
Eduardo has regulatory experience in both insurance and reinsurance and aerospace, advising on due diligence associated with insurance and the drafting of contracts involving aeronautical issues.
Eduardo is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in English.
